We had the great pleasure and privilege to interview a select number of leading luxury heads operating in the Australia/New Zealand and Oceania region and explore more deeply their career path, their defining moments, some key lessons on how and why they chose their particular path.
We are passionate about luxury retail and the career opportunities it affords, hence the creation of these special videos which provide personal insights from key luxury brand leaders and highlight the opportunities, and in this video interview, what qualities in particular Helen values and looks for when bringing significant people into her growing team, amongst other great advice she provides. As a long time leader working within the premium and luxury goods sector across Asia and Australasia Helen’s career has taken her from working in the advertising industry, to a buying/merchandising role in the travel retail sector to now managing the growth of two iconic Italian brands Gucci & Bottega Veneta on the Australian and New Zealand markets. Helen understands the nuances and drivers of sustainable success in the luxury industry and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to present this Q&A for you.
