(ii) an understanding of the premium and luxury retail and hospitality environments and are selected based on relevance to the client brief
(iii) Either worked in retail or a service related industry and are therefore familiar with these environments and have an awareness of the level of service required

Our Covert Clients are ‘people’ and not numbers, we have insights into their consumer habits and because of this we are able to job match to specific demographics, sociography or psychographic requirements. Covert Client is available for generic or customised shopping assignments.
