MO Luxury has created a luxury market first in Australasia with the development of a Client Fulfilment Ranking Report (CFRR). This report is based on the impression, reputation and ranking of each brand, measured through specific independent and consolidated categories. We believe these factors are integral to the overall customer experience and hence Fulfilment Ranking is identified. These categories are: Service, Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, Retail Staff Presentation, Store Ambience and Store Image.
The CFRR is specific currently to the luxury market and provides a benchmark for the industry across several aspects of service and experiential related areas. This report is realised by collecting and collating data from our Covert Client mystery shopping program, analysing and ranking the data.
