Description:
Our client, an international and coveted luxury brand is seeking a talented Store Supervisor with demonstrated leadership and management ability, and excellent ready-to-wear product knowledge.
The Store Supervisor will support the Store Manager. This role suits a highly energetic, dynamic sales focused individual, who will work to optimise sale of merchandise through effective implementation of business strategies set by the Store Manager. Responsibilities will include staff management, sales management, extensive customer service and inventory responsibility.
A minimum of five years retail experience with at least one year managing a team of no less than eight staff is required. Our preferred candidate will further possess experience working within a large footprint store and high foot traffic environment in the clothing and accessories categories.
