Position: Retail Operations Manager

Description: Our client is a well established Premium Retail Group which includes some of the world's best known global aspirational brands. This position is perfect for an experienced Retail Operations manager who thrives in a fast paced environment.

The main focus of any Retail Operations Manager's job is to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability.

To be successful in this role you are a proven communicator who can build a rapport with Brand Managers, Store Managers, suppliers and head office amongst others. You can assess, prioritise and analyse and are an efficient time manager. Your decisive nature allows you to make quick judgement calls, key decisions and effectively settle any escalations or urgent issues.

Working across multiple stores, you will handled all day-to-day operations to a high standard and maintain standards across this broad company.

This position is the perfect next step for any career driven, passionate multi-site manager who is looking to make the move into the Premium/Luxury space or broaden their horizons within it.
