Description:
Our client, the world’s most prestigious International Luxury Brand, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to assume this newly created role.
This iconic company has a strong Australian presence and is continuously growing. Expansion in the area of customer service and e-commerce has lead to the enlargement of the company’s Client Development Department.
In essence, this will be a new avenue for relationship management as well as sales and after sales care.
In this coveted role you will find yourself exposed to a broad range of departments, allowing you to hone your skills in many areas. Potential Internal Structural and International Mobility opportunities for exceptional candidates.
To be eligible for this role you will have
• A minimum of 5 years Call Centre Experience (of which 2 or more years are in a Team Leader/ Supervisory capacity)
• Demonstrated capability to manage a team and a ‘hands-on’ attitude
• Proven ability to achieve KPI’s, both quantitative and qualitative
• Ability to build, develop and manage relationships and handle customer escalations
• Previously worked autonomously
• In-depth Call Centre operational knowledge including but not limited to:Knowledge of specific call centre equipment and systems and Ability to understand and explain call centre terminology
Tertiary qualifications and proficiency in one other Asian language will be viewed advantageous
