Description:
MO Luxury is a dynamic, Sydney-based consultancy specialising in luxury goods and services offering our clients access to a fresh and inspired network of individuals through our bespoke recruitment service. Due to recent expansion into the Chinese market we require an enthusiastic addition to our team to assist with procuring the right candidates who will match the brief of our luxury retail clients.
Fluency in both written and oral English and Mandarin is essential. The individual will work closely with the Managing Director to learn further about the business opportunities with our existing Chinese clients in addition to eventually assisting with the expansion of our business presence in the Chinese market.
The main objective of this position is increasing revenue performance for the Recruitment Division focusing on opportunities in the Chinese market. You will be responsible for candidate research, interviews, profiling, submissions and completion of full briefing process. It is important the individual has a considered view for relationship building at the outset as you will learn to understand the needs of our luxury clients and present high caliber candidates matching the provided brief.
You will possess a deep understanding of Chinese business/general culture and be able to apply this to developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and our clients in China.
This position requires pro-active research and strategic procurement activities and this person will be highly motivated, achievement focused and passionate about being involved in the luxury industry and open to learning and growing with this unique opportunity.
