Our client is seeking a General Manager to operate their innovative designer lifestyle flagship store in the heart of Sydney. The brand is an international, one of a kind concept store, which has just experienced their first debut into the Australian market.
The General Manager will be responsible for:
- Administration of all parts of the business
- Contract management
- Financial control – P&L and budgeting
- Supplier management
- Strategic direction and implementation
- Marketing
- PR
- Recruitment
- Staff retention
- Performance reporting to company directors
The successful candidate will possess exceptional business acumen and a thorough understanding of the Sydney retail market. This is an excellent opportunity for a savvy business operator to drive the success of a unique premium branded concept store.
