Description:
Our client is internationally renowned for providing the highest level of service aligned to their most prestigious brand image.
This role will require provision of exceptional customer service directed towards all in-bound telephone and email enquiries as well as preparing and dispatching client orders, in addition to the management of all inventory. Strong communication skills will ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. A highly organised individual possessing the ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks would be ensure success in this role.
A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, organisation and attention to detail is also required. Strength in computer-based skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Previous management and/or luxury retail experience as well as knowledge of any of the following - Magneto, Websphere, Cegid and Eptica systems would be advantageous. This is a Monday to Friday role.
