Description:
Our client, a national luxury fine jewellery house, is seeking a Marketing Manager. The brand’s unique and exquisite handmade designer jewellery perpetuates a synergy of designer and artisanal qualities.
You shall possess innovative customer relationship management skills including management of database marketing tools and the ability to develop loyalty programs. This role extends to responsibility for brand and a level of public relations management, whilst this is mainly through a third party you will be the conduit where required. Your role will additionally include the management of supplier relationships.
Responsibilities will further include collaboration with the team and agencies, preparing the brief for product shootings and may also include advertising campaign and direct mail management. Tasks will extend to management of the marketing budget alongside strategy formulation, programs/events, commitments and accountability for those results.
The ideal candidate will possess a University Degree in Marketing in addition to at least six years of multi-brand experience with premium or luxury goods companies, ideally with a fine jewellery brand. You will pride yourself upon your exceptional communication skills, dynamic, creative and visionary capacity. A mature mindset coupled with strategic thinking abilities will ensure successful translation of strategy into plans and actions.
A proven ability to adapt and manage effectively. Most importantly you shall be passionate and inspired by the culture and company values surrounding the business and possess excellence in written, spoken and verbal communication.
