Position: Customer Service Manager
Location: Sydney, Australia
Description: A high end Australian premium brand is searching for a Customer Service Manager (functional management - not staff management) with experience in fashion accessories and leather goods.

The role is an autonomous one that requires flexibility, strategic ‘business’ thinking with an emphasis on active listening, patience and solutions based thinking. Customer service management in retail would be an advantage.

Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry, as well as excellent communication and effective time management skills.

Tertiary qualifications and computer literacy will be viewed favourably.
