Description:
Our client, an international and coveted luxury brand, is seeking a talented Store Manager who is adept at management of human, technical, merchandise and financial resources to drive successful ongoing financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Networking and client management, including development and promotion of customer satisfaction, responsibility of the store’s external relations and market studies.
Determination of the ‘successful store’ objectives, including the optimisation of store contribution, management of personnel costs and budgets, maintenance of the store, management of safety and security regulations, pro-activity on store attribution, administration tasks and reporting.
Leadership and management, including the motivation, recruitment, evaluation, training and development of sales consultants.
The successful candidate will possess the following experience:
Store Management experience or an outstanding Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career
A minimum of at least two years in a managerial or Assistant Manager role
Impeccable grooming
Proven sales performance
Exceptional customer service ethic and abilities
An empowering and motivating people leader
