Our client, an internationally renowned fashion powerhouse possess a rich history portrayed through their timeless designs and exquisite collections. Our ideal candidate will possess staff management experience, recruitment, training, performance management and be required to provide examples of successful hires and staff turnover rate. This role requires sales budget management ability and administration skills including proficiency in report writing. Furthermore, prior exposure and involvement in product selection and a proven understanding of visual merchandising is essential. You will have client relationship management experience and be able to provide examples of successful recruitment strategies.
A minimum of 3 years Store Management experience, preferably with a luxury or premium fashion brand is necessary. You must be achievement focused, work with initiative and enthusiasm and be articulate in communication in both written and verbal. Organisational skills and the ability to operate calmly, efficiently and effectively is required. You must inspire the team.
