Description:
Our client, one of the world's most renowned luxury brands is seeking a skilled Boutique Administrator for their Sydney flagship store. Please be advised that this is a temporary contract position.
Your responsibilities will include animating the After Sales Service (ASS) by developing a team of in-store experts, increasing the knowledge on all areas of ASS, streamlining processes and reporting to provide our clients with the best service possible. The candidate will be required to elevate the customer experience by ensuring ASS is as unique of an experience as the selling ceremony.
Responsibilities will also extend to management of the After-Sales Team, network building, quality management, store support, client management, strengthening the relationship with suppliers and reporting.
The Boutique Administrator will be required to continuously review the customer experience and determine opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, support provision to the network in all areas of ASS and quality is required. This role also involves promotion of all services including repairs and personalisation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and good customer relationship skills with a service focus. Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving capability, in addition to solid communication skills are essential. Applicants must have previous experience working with quality issues and defective products as they will be expected to develop procedures with regard to rectifying such issues. Implementation of process improvements will be further be required, in addition to the development of a training plan for repair specialists and ASS coordinators.
A capacity to mediate and deal with ambiguity is a must. You will be a resourceful and autonomous person with proven store experience and luxury brand product knowledge. Your strong Excel skills and basic manual aptitude in addition to company knowledge will serve you well in this role.
