Our client, one of the world's most globally renowned premium prestige beauty brands
The Area Manager will be required to develop successful business relationships with retailers and identify areas of opportunity within the retail arena for organic growth. Furthermore, you will drive the coaching and development of Beauty Consultants and Counter Managers whilst maintaining knowledge of the product ranges, new products, competitor products and other market information.
Responsibilities will further extend to include communications management, account management, staff management / leadership and financial management.The Area Manager will be required to drive the growth of all accounts and define new business opportunities in order to accelerate the company growth. Leadership, relationship building skills and a proven ability to deliver results are essential.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are highly important, in addition to your decision making ability. The ideal candidate will have strength in business and financial analysis, cross functional collaboration, coaching and development and negotiating and influencing skills.
A solid knowledge of the perfumery and mass business is requested, although prior beauty experience is only preferred and not essential. Excellent PC skills are essential.
