Description:
MO Luxury is looking for an impressive candidate with 6 years of retail experience (and at least 3 years of management experience) to support the Store Manager by implementing his/her mission in managing the luxury store, and to manage in his/her absence.
The Assistant Store Manager will study and analyse routine reports (weekly and monthly) to keep track of the business, as well as identify and implement new initiatives for improving service standards.
The Assistant Store Manager will maximise sales of merchandise through delivering excellent customer service and through the effective implementation of business strategies set by the Store Manager.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.
Proficiency in English as well as one other Asian language is highly advantageous. Tertiary qualifications and computer literacy will be viewed favourably.
