Description:
Our client, a world-leader in luxury apparel, accessories and fragrances, is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to join their business in Victoria.
Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing stores with a focus on driving sales and leading all teams to success. To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you must have experienced success in a similar role within a national or international retailer and can easily demonstrate how you meet the below criteria:
• Previous experience as a multi-site retailer working in fashion retail for premium/ high end international or domestic brands across first retail, concession and factory business
• Full P&L accountability
• Demonstrated skills in maximising sales and profit contribution
• Outstanding performance management and training skills and commitment to developing your people
• A focus on loss prevention
• A commitment to following company standards and procedures
• A good knowledge of the locations market and customers
You must also be able to demonstrate the following:
• Passion for sales and service
• Strong interest in fashion and genuine love of our brand
• Outstanding communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Commercial acumen
• Commitment to continual improvement and building successions
