Description:
The purpose of this role is to be a part of the Corporate Marketing Group and work with a team of creative and hands on visual merchandisers to capture the creative spirit needed to implement innovative and creative visual merchandising concepts to the shopping malls within the group’s portfolio and to ensure these concepts and campaigns are relevant to each property to further enhance the reputation of this successful property group.
Our client is the leading operator of premium department stores in China. In the fast growing Chinese retail market, our client has built its network around high-income customers in major cities such as Beijing, Changchun and Qingdao as examples. Over the years, the Group has continued to improve and capture market share in the high-end segment of the retail market in China. With a reputation of excellence in shopping, they have successfully introduced many international luxury brands to the PRC market.
With at least 7 years visual merchandising experience, you are an organised time manager whose effective delegation is a result of your superior communication skills and a refined eye. You have a broad skill-set which extends beyond the creative towards project and relationship management, which you are accomplished in utilising to achieve targets and promote development. Design, visual graphics, light box management, point of sale and other collateral creation and execution is vital as is a depth of understanding in the technical side of visual merchandising, such as understanding blue print plans, measurements and solution based logistics for any VM strategy.
Department store experience or previous shopping mall experience is extremely advantageous.
