Description:
MO Luxury is searching for a Marketing and Communications Director for a specialised high-end fashion and accessories group to lead and be accountable for the company's strategic marketing plan. The appropriate candidate will need to direct and facilitate the implementation of strategic and tactical marketing activities which deliver targeted sales and top of mind awareness of the brand image through a cohesive and integrated marketing team.
Key accountabilities
will include, but are not limited to:
-Strategic planning
-Relationship management
-Customer research and market analysis
-Brand integrity
-Team leadership
Key Requirements:
-Minimum of 10 years experience across both strategic marketing and communication disciplines -
essential
-Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications -
essential
- Work experience with high-end or luxury fashion apparel and / or accessories -
essential
- Staff management experience of no less than 5 direct reports -
essential
- Previous and 'relevant' work experience in Asia -
desirable
- English fluency in spoken, written, reading -
essential
- Another language, preferably Cantonese or Mandarin -
desirable
