The ability to relocate to Greater China is essential. Description: Our clients, consisting of international luxury fashion houses that emphasise femininity and quality of women’s wear, accessories and footwear designs, are searching for Ambassadors of Luxury. We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with real potential to grow in this business. Responsibilities: As our clients are exclusive luxury lifestyle brands that offer a personal shopping experience, suitable candidates will be those who thrive in creating this personable, unique shopping experience in store and building a strong, client-orientated team in addition to all aspects of running the store. Requirements: • Educated with a Bachelor Degree (Business focus or fashion related) graduating 2011; new graduates welcome • Must come from a retail management background in a related field (2/3 years for Store Manager); experience in luxury a plus • Strong business acumen and commercial strengths • Strong communication skills with the ability to form VIP relationships in an international environment (English & Mandarin essential/dialect a plus) • Be able to confidently demonstrate team development • Must be highly sales driven • An understanding of managing and driving KPI sales targets is essential • Proactive leader with strong initiative This is a one of a kind opportunity to join a successful and expanding luxury house and progress your career in luxury management.
